Are you tired of fitness influencers yelling conflicting advice at you every five minutes? Keto today, carb loading tomorrow, fasted cardio; who can even keep track anymore? Well that’s why I’m here! I’ve spent so many years of trial and error trying to find a way to not make getting in shape feel like solving a physics equation. That’s why my goal is to cut through all of the noise and give you the most straightforward , no-BS approach to getting where you want to be. No magic pills, no 30 day miracle plan; just practical and sustainable methods that actually work. 

 

So let’s see if I can take away that confusion headache and make fitness make a little more sense for you. And maybe have a little medium to high volume laughter along the way.

1. What is online fitness coaching, and how does it work?

My job as an online fitness coach is to guide and motivate you into achieving your fitness goals, whatever they may be. All of the hard work is taken care of by me, such as designing your personalized workout plan, providing nutrition advice, and monitoring your progress. All you have to do is go get the gains.

 

2. What are the benefits of hiring an online fitness coach over traditional in-person training?

There are many reasons that people may prefer an online coach vs the traditional in person trainer, such as being able to workout on your own schedule, regardless of my calendar; having access to messaging, check-ins, and resources whenever you need them and not just when you're at the gym; and some people just don’t need anybody standing there with them while they workout, so they still get all of the structure and knowledge while being able to execute at their own pace. 

 

3. Who even are you?

My bad lol my name is Xavius and I am currently 31 years old. I’ve been active for majority of my life and honestly, it’s kind of hard to remember a time when I wasn’t in a sport or just in a gym. I always have considered the gym to be my personal me time to really get away from the world and all of my problems and really just connect with my body for an hour or two. Plus I get to blast some bomb ass music in my ears while I do it. 

 

4. Do I need access to a gym for online fitness coaching, or can I work out at home?

Whichever you prefer! If you want to start off at home until you feel comfortable enough to step into the gym, or if you’ve been in a gym before but just need the guidance. We’ll get you swole regardless. 

 

5. How often will we communicate, and what does a typical coaching session entail?

You will have 24/7 access to message me whenever you have a question, no matter how ridiculous you think it may be. During our sessions, we will go over how you are feeling overall, both physically and mentally, as well as seeing if there are any tweaks that we need to make to either your workout or your nutrition. 

 

6. Can you provide personalized meal plans and nutritional guidance as part of the coaching program?

Absolutely! I hate the word “diet”, by the way. Diets are temporary and let’s be honest…more times than not they’re disgusting and miserable. So, together we can figure out the best way to adjust your meals to where you can still eat the things you enjoy and not feel like you’re eating grass all the time.
